Deadlines are approaching

Have you issued any shares to employees?
If a company has issued shares to an employee or director during the tax year to 5 April 2017, it may be necessary to submit a Return to HM Revenue & Customs to report the issue of the shares.
The Return must be submitted via the company’s HMRC account, which we can assist you to set up if necessary.
The deadline for the return is 6 July 2017, so time is running out.
Employer deadline approaching 6 July 2017
If you have provided any employees with benefits, such as:
1. Company vehicle or fuel
2. Medical insurance
3. Accommodation
4. Interest free loans
5. Gym memberships
Then the taxable value of these benefits will need to be reported to HMRC, on forms P11D, by 6 July 2017.
