Leading independent North East and Yorkshire accountancy and business advisory firm Clive Owen LLP, and regional law firm Andrew Jackson Solicitors LLP, have supported Bradford-based Tiffin Sandwiches (“Tiffin”), one of the UK’s largest independent food-to-go manufacturers, with its latest strategic expansion.
Tiffin has completed the successful acquisition of Glasgow-based PJ’s Foods Limited, further extending its coverage nationwide and strengthening its production and distribution capacity in Scotland.
Michael Cantwell, Corporate Finance Partner, and Angela Mikola, Tax Director, both of Clive Owen LLP, together with Martin Frost, Corporate Partner, and Nicole Waldron, Senior Solicitor at Andrew Jackson Solicitors, advised Tiffin throughout the deal.
Tiffin is one of the UK’s largest food-to-go manufacturers, which distributes food nationally. The addition of PJ’s Foods Limited, a leading supplier to the NHS, educational establishments and sporting events in Scotland across the North of England, complements Tiffin’s existing food-to-go product range.
