I have spent most of my career in tax, working with owner managed businesses and high net worth individuals. This not only includes looking after the annual tax compliance and ensuring deadlines are met but also looking for tax planning opportunities for both the business and its owners.

Career Highlight: 

It was a highlight when I qualified as a Chartered Tax Advisor in 2002 as it is a valuable qualification to have.

In a previous role I was also responsible for the training of two tax trainees and it was lovely to watch them grow and also qualify as Chartered Tax Advisors.

Hobbies and Interests: 

I am a big fan of musical theatre and try to see as many shows as I can. I also like eating out and socialising. While I am not very sporty I do enjoy watching golf and go to tournaments when I can.
