Bridget Charlton

Career history

I have worked in marketing for the majority of my career, across a range of sectors from product marketing to financial services and just about everything in between.

I joined Clive Owen LLP in 2017 and now manage a team of two, and several agencies, as well as contributing to towards the strategic marketing focus for the firm.

Qualifications

BTEC HND in Business & Management.

Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM) & Chartered Marketer.

Level 2 NVQ in Mental Health Awareness.

Experience and expertise

I have extensive marketing experience, covering all aspects of marketing communication and planning. I enjoy delivering strategic projects such as websites, brand extension work and delivering a sustainability framework for the firm.

Career highlights

I have worked on some great projects in my marketing career, but I don’t think I have a particular highlight. I love all aspects of marketing from digital to events, so it’s been a great career choice for me.

I love that our firm is a lifelong learning organisation as I’m a great advocate for a growth mindset.

Did you always want to work in marketing.

I enjoy the creative and problem solving aspects of my role. If I wasn’t a marketer I would love to be a great detective like Poirot or Miss Marple as I’m very much a people person.

Hobbies and interests

I love the great outdoors and spend as much time as I can exploring new places with my dog & my husband  in our campervan. I am a very active person and really enjoy fitness as well as socialising with friends when I can.
