I have been working in the accountancy profession for over 25 years, specialising in tax for the past 14 years. I am mainly involved in corporate tax matters from R&D to M&A work to tax compliance. I also have a particular interest in VAT.

Chartered Institute of Taxation.

Association of Tax Technicians.

Career Highlight: 

Delivering on a highly complex capital reduction demerger transaction having never undertaken one before. This involved preparing the transaction steps, liaising with other professionals including lawyers, corporate finance teams and buyside tax advisors.

Hobbies and Interests: 

In my spare time, I enjoy going to the gym and spending time with family.
