Chris, Gary, my fullest thanks for leading such a valuable session with our governors on Thursday. Not only did you provide an extremely well thought through oversight, particularly useful for those members not on the Finance and Premises Committee, but you also managed to focus on the particular circumstances of Park View since conversion in a highly effective manner. The Governing Body as a whole is now much clearer about our overall financial position, both the upside and potential pitfalls.
